Each patient undergoing vaginal rejuvenation will have a treatment plan that’s completely personalized to their individual needs. Therefore fees range between $1,000 and $12,000. This fee is all-inclusive including the initial consultation, surgeon’s fee, anesthesia fee, facility fee, all pre and post-operative appointments. A quote based on your specific medical history, physical exam and desired goals will be provided upon the conclusion of your initial consultation.
At the consultation, Dr. Brady will perform a thorough physical examination to discover the extent of the issues and talk more with the patient to learn about their desires. After this process, she can accurately compose a procedure that will fit within the patient’s budget.

Vaginal rejuvenation is a collection of surgical and non-surgical procedures that can help women be happier with the way that they look, feel, and experience sex. Treatments range in their purpose, from firming up lax skin around the vaginal opening to improving sexual sensation by tightening the vagina to helping women orgasm more easily and more often.
Women’s Wellness Institute of Dallas uses well-established vaginal rejuvenation techniques to restore patients’ bodies following changes related to childbirth, aging, and genetics. We are the only medical office in the city that specializes in cosmetic gynecology and sexual health.
Our director, Dr. Wesley Anne Brady, brings more than 20 years of experience to the care of our patients. She and our staff recognize that many women are new to treatment for these concerns. For this reason, we have designed each patient visit to be supportive, open, and informative.
Our highest priorities are our patients’ comfort, confidence, safety, and satisfaction. Therefore we strive to help guide each patient through the process, keeping them completely informed with details about the procedure from preparation & recovery to the cost of the procedure.

Exploring Surgical Options with Vaginal Rejuvenation
As a specialty practice, Women’s Wellness Institute of Dallas has extensive experience with many different vaginal rejuvenation surgeries and treatments. Find out more about some of the options available to our patients.
Women can give the skin around their vaginal opening a firmer, more youthful appearance with a single surgical procedure. Labiaplasty revises the labial skin to:
- Help patients feel happier with their intimate appearance.
- Increase the pleasure of intimacy by removing excess skin that can get in the way during sex.
- Eliminate discomfort and embarrassment when women wear tight-fitting clothing and underwear.
- Allow women to take part in activities like horseback riding and spin without pain and irritation.
Dr. Brady can focus this vaginal rejuvenation procedure on both the inner and outer labia, and she can conduct the surgery in a way that gives the labia a pinker tinge, which patients tend to associate with youthfulness. Labiaplasty may also include a clitoral hood reduction or lift to create a smooth contour and seamless transition.
A labiaplasty is a highly individualized procedure. Even if two women have the same goals, each requires a unique surgical path to get those results. Therefore fees range from $3,000 to $8,500 which includes the surgeon’s fee, anesthesia fee, facility fee, all pre and post-operative appointments, and blood work.
A woman’s vagina can widen as a result of childbirth or the passage of time. Dr. Brady performs vaginoplasty to reduce the diameter of a woman’s vaginal canal and opening. This tightens the vagina in a way that improves sensation and friction for a patient and her sexual partner.
While vaginal rejuvenation is the main goal of this procedure, Dr. Brady often combines the surgery with techniques to address incontinence. Many of our Dallas patients have experienced loss of bladder and bowel control following childbirth. As a result of surgery, they get an improved sex life and a better overall quality of life.
A Vaginoplasty is a highly individualized procedure. Even if two women have the same goals, each requires a unique surgical path to those results. Therefore fees range from $4,000 to $12,000 which includes the surgeon’s fee, anesthesia fee, facility fee, all pre and post-operative appointments, and blood work.
To give women a more youthful appearance, Dr. Brady can transfer natural body fat to the outer labia. This procedure adds fullness and reduces sagging in the skin around a woman’s vaginal opening.
Dallas patients will have fat taken from areas where they don’t want it, such as their inner thighs, and have this fat moved to the area where they need it. The result is vaginal rejuvenation, younger-looking features, and a trimmer body contour.
The costs for the Fat Transfer procedure can range from $5,000 to $6,000, which will be determined during your consultation with Dr. Brady and our expert team and upon review of your physical examination.
The hymen is a crescent-shaped piece of skin that partially encloses the vaginal opening, and that may be torn the first time a woman has sex. Women may also tear their hymen as a result of physical activity unrelated to sex, such as placing a tampon, playing sports, or falling and injuring themselves.
Dr. Brady can perform a hymenoplasty for women who want to restore the hymen after it has been torn. As with every consultation, she will prioritize the patient’s comfort and privacy in discussing their options. Hymenoplasty takes place in an outpatient surgical center and requires about six weeks of medical restrictions afterward to allow patients to heal properly.
The costs for the Hymenoplasty procedure can range from $5,000 to $6,000, which will be determined during your consultation with Dr. Brady and our expert team and upon review of your physical examination.
"Dr. Brady is wonderful! She is so caring and willing to spend as much time needed answering questions & explaining procedures. My results are great & I can’t imagine going through this with anyone but her."
Exploring Non-Surgical Options with Vaginal Rejuvenation
Votiva® is a non-surgical approach to tightening the vaginal opening and canal and to firming up the skin of the outer labia. The Votiva device uses radiofrequency energy to promote collagen development, which can reduce laxity in the tissue.
Dr. Brady may recommend Votiva for patients who have mild to moderate looseness in the labial skin or vagina. Women often choose to start with this type of non-invasive approach since there’s no downtime with treatment. Patients have three sessions spaced four to six weeks apart and can expect to see maximum improvement three months following the final visit. An annual maintenance treatment is recommended.
The cost for the Votiva procedure can range from $1,000-$3,000, which will be determined during your consultation with Dr. Brady and her experienced team.
Getting older doesn’t have to mean the end of great sex. The O-Shot® is an injectable treatment that Dr. Brady can administer to improve the health of the tissue around the vulva, G-spot, and clitoris. This non-surgical approach allows Dallas patients to have orgasms more easily and more frequently.
The O-Shot is based on advanced growth factor techniques. The treatment increases sexual sensation by concentrating and injecting a woman’s own growth and healing factors. This form of vaginal rejuvenation is natural, non-invasive, and a good option for women who feel that their sexual sensation has diminished and are ready to make a change.
While the procedure is mostly standardized, slight variances in how the shot is prepared and injected can alter the final cost. However, most women can expect to pay between $1,500–$2,000 for their individual O-Shot. We provide, included in the price, a specially formulated numbing cream to every patient to ensure little to no pain during the injection.
As women go through menopause, they may experience vaginal burning and dryness, both of which can make sex extremely painful or even prevent women from having intercourse at all. MonaLisa Touch® is a non-surgical approach to vaginal rejuvenation. Dr. Brady provides this treatment to help women improve their comfort and the quality of their sex life.
MonaLisa Touch is a small device that applies fractional CO2 laser energy to the vaginal tissues. The treatment encourages the development of new collagen and improves the blood supply to these tissues. As a result, the skin becomes softer, more pliant, and significantly less dry. Patients have three treatments once every four to six weeks and see the maximum improvement around three months afterward. A single yearly treatment helps them maintain the benefits.
The costs for the MonaLisa Touch procedure can range from $1,000 to $4,500, which will be determined during your consultation with Dr. Brady and our expert team and upon review of your physical examination.
Vampire Wing Lift
In a woman’s younger years, the outer labia around her vaginal opening will typically have a firm and compact appearance. As a result of childbirth, aging, and genetics, the tissue of the labia may begin to sag. This can cause women aesthetic concerns, discomfort while wearing certain clothes, and irritation during sex and other physical activity.
Women’s Wellness Institute of Dallas provides Vampire Wing Lift® as an alternative to Votiva and labiaplasty. It’s an injectable vaginal rejuvenation treatment for women with mild to moderate sagging in the outer labia. Vampire Wing Lift uses a combination of natural growth factors and dermal fillers to restore a plump and pink quality to the labia.
The costs for the Vampire Wing Lift procedure can range from $1,800 to $2,400, which will be determined during your consultation with Dr. Brady and our expert team and upon review of your physical examination.
"I am 43 and a 7 year breast cancer survivor. I am so grateful for my health, but the more time that goes by, the further I am pushed into menopause. Intercourse with my husband had become more and more painful, and I had been putting off having the Mona Lisa procedure done for a while – but I finally decided to try it. My ob/gyn recommended Dr. Brady. I have now had all 3 treatments done (which is recommended the first year), and my ONLY regret is that I had not done this sooner!!! I was so worried that it would hurt, but after reading reviews, I trusted in the process and I’m so glad I did. I feel like I owe it to women out there to write this review, to pay it forward! I had a female nurse perform the procedure each time – the same lady the first two times, and then a different one the third time – and they were both SO AMAZING. They talked me through what was about to happen, and were so gentle and understanding. They answered all of my questions, and I had a lot! Now my husband is so grateful that I went – and I will be returning every year for my maintenance. If you are reading this and wondering whether it could help you, I am telling you it can!"
