Labiaplasty
Women can give the skin around their vaginal opening a firmer, more youthful appearance with a single surgical procedure. Labiaplasty revises the labial skin to:

A woman’s vagina can widen as a result of childbirth or the passage of time. Dr. Brady performs vaginoplasty to reduce the diameter of a woman’s vaginal canal and opening. This tightens the vagina in a way that improves sensation and friction for a patient and her sexual partner.
While vaginal rejuvenation is the main goal of this procedure, Dr. Brady often combines the surgery with techniques to address incontinence. Many of our Dallas patients have experienced loss of bladder and bowel control following childbirth. As a result of surgery, they get an improved sex life and a better overall quality of life.

The hymen is a crescent-shaped piece of skin that partially encloses the vaginal opening, and that may be torn the first time a woman has sex. Women may also tear their hymen as a result of physical activity unrelated to sex, such as placing a tampon, playing sports, or falling and injuring themselves.Dr. Brady can perform a hymenoplasty for women who want to restore the hymen after it has been torn. As with every consultation, she will prioritize the patient’s comfort and privacy in discussing their options. Hymenoplasty takes place in an outpatient surgical center and requires about six weeks of medical restrictions afterward to allow patients to heal properly.The costs for the Hymenoplasty procedure can range from $5,000 to $6,000, which will be determined during your consultation with Dr. Brady and our expert team and upon review of your physical examination.

Votiva® is a non-surgical approach to tightening the vaginal opening and canal and to firming up the skin of the outer labia. Women often choose to start with this type of non-invasive approach since there’s no downtime with treatment. Patients have three sessions spaced four to six weeks apart and can expect to see maximum improvement three months following the final visit. An annual maintenance treatment is recommended.The cost for the Votiva procedure can range from $800-$3,000, which will be determined during your consultation with Dr. Brady and her experienced team.
The O-Shot
Getting older doesn’t have to mean the end of great sex. The O-Shot® is an injectable treatment that Dr. Brady can administer to improve the health of the tissue around the vulva, G-spot, and clitoris. This non-surgical approach allows Dallas patients to have orgasms more easily and more frequently.

Dr. Brady provides this treatment to help women improve their comfort and the quality of their sex life.MonaLisa Touch is a small device that applies fractional CO2 laser energy to the vaginal tissues. The treatment encourages the development of new collagen and improves the blood supply to these tissues. As a result, the skin becomes softer, more pliant, and significantly less dry. Patients have three treatments once every four to six weeks and see the maximum improvement around three months afterward. A single yearly treatment helps them maintain the benefits.

Vampire Wing Lift
In a woman’s younger years, the outer labia around her vaginal opening will typically have a firm and compact appearance. As a result of childbirth, aging, and genetics, the tissue of the labia may begin to sag. This can cause women aesthetic concerns, discomfort while wearing certain clothes, and irritation during sex and other physical activity.
