- Preparing for your appointment – Please be sure to complete your patient portal and forms via Klara prior to arriving for your appointment.
- Booking and Cancellation Policy – We require a deposit or consultation fee to be paid in full to secure booking. We have a strict 48-hour notice cancellation policy. All cancellations or rescheduling of appointments made after 48 hours will forfeit their 20% deposit and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment.
- Late policy – Be advised if you are 15 minutes late for your appointment you may be asked to reschedule. We will try to accommodate the same day if the schedule allows.
