  • A Healthy Diet – A properly balanced diet is essential for keeping energy levels up and staying active, which in turn, helps vaginal health.  Eat plenty of fruits, veggies, and lean, protein-rich foods.
  • Kegel Exercises – Healthy and strong pelvic floor muscles not only support the pelvic organs and help prevent organ prolapse, but they are also responsible for the tightness of our vaginas and enhancing our sexual pleasure.  Kegels are performed by “clamping” down (as if trying to stop the flow of urine), holding for approximately 5 seconds, and releasing.  Dr. Brady recommends 10 sets of 10 kegels daily for maximum muscle tone.
  • Orgasm – Hands down the most pleasurable way to vaginal health, reaching climax contracts the pelvic floor muscles, giving them a workout and helping to tighten the vagina.
  • Vaginal Rejuvenation – There are instances when more assistance is needed, and that’s where vaginal rejuvenation procedures can help.  Whether due to childbirth, the aging process or simply natural-born anatomy, stretched vaginal contours can lead to loss of sensation during intercourse.  In some cases, even soreness or pain occurs during sex.  Vaginal rejuvenation can help strengthen a woman’s vagina as well as enhance the appearance for maximum vaginal health.
