Vaginal Rejuvenation FAQ's
What is vaginal rejuvenation?
Vaginal rejuvenation, also known as vaginoplasty, is a 1 to 2 hour out-patient procedure that tightens the vaginal opening and canal to a patient’s specifications. Women seek this treatment due to vaginal relaxation caused by childbirth or the natural aging process. Vaginal relaxation causes a decrease in friction and stimulation during intercourse that leads to a low level of sexual gratification. Vaginal rejuvenation addresses this common issue by condensing the internal and external vaginal diameter while enhancing the vaginal muscle for strength and control thus enhancing sensation.
What are typical symptoms of women who choose vaginal rejuvenation?
Women who pursue vaginal rejuvenation to address their vaginal relaxation may complain of:
– Decreased sensation and stimulation during intercourse
– Loose vagina with minimal muscle tone
– Gaping vaginal opening unpleasing in appearance
– Their partner slipping out during intercourse
– Tampons falling out
– Their vagina producing embarrassing “gas-like” sounds during intercourse or a “popping” noise while walking
– Tissue protruding from their vagina
– Problems passing bowel movements
– Scar tissue surrounding the vagina
How long does vaginal rejuvenation take?
Individual procedures typically take between 1 and 2 hours. For more information on vaginal rejuvenation, call our office at (214) 442-0055 and schedule your consultation.
Can vaginal rejuvenation be combined with other cosmetic surgical procedures?
Yes. Many times patients choose to combine vaginal rejuvenation with labiaplasty for a full feminine make over. In addition, Dr. Brady works with a number of plastic surgeons to combine elective procedures such as breast augmentation, liposuction, or tummy tucks. With this option your surgery will be conducted in a single surgical session, thereby minimizing the risk, inconvenience and cost of multiple surgeries. If you…
Could I be a candidate for vaginal rejuvenation even if I’ve never experienced a vaginal delivery?
Absolutely. While childbirth is the most common cause of vaginal relaxation, it may also be the result of:
– Dramatic weight changes
– Chronic straining with constipation
– Chronic cough
– Activities such as weight lifting
– Heavy lifting at work or at home
The only way to find out if you are a candidate for vaginal rejuvenation is to consult with a specialist for an evaluation and to discuss your options. Women should complete their childbearing before having the procedure.
Does Dr. Brady perform Laser Vaginal Rejuvenation (LVR)?
Dr. Brady is proficient with many surgical instruments including the laser, Ellman radiofrequency device, electric knife, plastic surgery scissors and the scalpel. She addresses the unique circumstance of each patient and will determine the best suited instrument for your particular surgery during your initial consultation. Details about the advantages and disadvantages of each instrument may be reviewed.
How long will it take for me to achieve my final results?
Final optimal results are typically appreciated 4-6 months after surgery. By the 6 week clearance appointment, the stitches should have dissolved and patients are cleared to resume regular activities. Learn more about vaginal rejuvenation if you ready to take the next step!
How long will results last after vaginal rejuvenation?
The results of vaginal rejuvenation typically last for a lifetime, unless a new vaginal delivery reverses its affects. As we age, all parts of the body relax slightly but the vaginal area should never return to the degree of relaxation experienced prior to surgery. The aging process involves muscle, tissue, and skin throughout the entire body. Patients experience these aging affects following any elective surgery: the face following a face lift, the waist following a tummy tuck, or the thighs following liposuction.

Is vaginal rejuvenation covered by insurance?
Usually not, as it is considered an elective procedure such as breast augmentation, liposuction, or abdominoplasty. However, if patients have a medical diagnosis such as moderate to severe pelvic prolapse or stress urinary incontinence, among others, insurance may cover the medically necessary procedure possibly decreasing fees from the elective portion of the surgery.
May I personally speak with other patients who have had vaginal rejuvenation performed by Dr. Brady?
Yes. Many of our previous patients have offered to speak with other women who are considering vaginal rejuvenation. Read reviews we already have featured of our satisfied patients who established trust with Dr. Brady.
Should I have my vaginal rejuvenation performed by an OB/GYN or by a plastic surgeon?
The answer is neither. Plastic surgeons usually focus the majority of their practice on the most common procedures such as breast augmentation, liposuction and face lifts. They usually have limited expertise with vaginal rejuvenation if they even perform the procedure at all. It is usually a secondary procedure that they rarely have the opportunity to perform. OB/GYN’s do examine hundreds of women monthly for pap smears or yeast infections, but they have little to no training or experience performing vaginal rejuvenation and cannot provide premium aesthetic and functional results. Any form of cosmetic gynecologic surgery should ideally be performed by a surgeon who specializes in the specific field of aesthetic vaginal surgery, such as Dr. Brady. Patients should seek out a specialist who has performed hundreds or thousands of vaginal rejuvenation procedures and is intimately familiar with the varied anatomy, patient preferences and latest surgical management to provide both aesthetic and functional optimal results.
When choosing a qualified cosmetic vaginal surgeon, make sure to do the following:
– Verify the surgeon’s credentials
– Review before and after photos of their work
– Consider the number of vaginal rejuvenation procedures they have performed
– Request patient testimonials from their practice
What about financing for my vaginal rejuvenation procedure?
Women’s Wellness Institute of Dallas has made arrangements with Prosper Healthcare Lending, United Medical Credit and Care Credit to offer financing plans. If you have any additional questions or concerns about our financing options, give us a call at (214) 442-0055.
What Are The Surgical Risks Of Vaginal Rejuvenation?
As with any major surgery, a vaginal rejuvenation procedure is not without its fair share of risks. Rates of long-term complications or satisfaction from vaginoplasty have been documented or studied very little, with risk factors for vaginal rejuvenation surgery including permanent changes in sensation, scarring, ongoing pain, and infection. Many of these risks can be avoided or eliminated simply by choosing a high-quality doctor that has received the proper training (including the latest risk-reducing surgery techniques), has ample experience in and patient success stories with vaginal rejuvenation in particular, and with whom you feel comfortable discussing your surgery hopes and expectations.
What is recovery like after vaginal rejuvenation?
The anesthesia usually wears off the afternoon of the surgery and most patients can actively be up and about but also should caution into consideration. Routine tasks are encouraged as long as there is no irritation or pressure at the incision sites, but make sure to not participate in strenuous activity such as heavy lifting. During the first 24-48 hours after surgery, patients should make sure to place ice packs or frozen items, such as frozen peas for example, on their incisions to order to minimize any swelling and bruising. Loose clothing and cotton underwear, or “granny panties,” are mandatory. By 72 hours you may resume regular activities, but you should also make sure there is minimal friction to the incisions. Patients may drive after 2 days as long as they are not taking any sort of narcotics. A week off of work is ideal, but if the healing process is working efficiently then patients may return to work within 4 days as long as there is no rigorous physical activity involved. During the 6 week of recovery, patients are on pelvic rest (no intercourse or tampons) and should avoid bath tubs/hot tubs or swimming in the lake or ocean. Rigorous exercise such as cycling or strenuous activities like horseback riding, jet skis, motorcycles and four wheelers should be avoided during the recovery period.

Will vaginal rejuvenation improve my sex life?
The purpose of vaginal rejuvenation is to tighten the vagina for increased friction resulting in greater stimulation during intercourse. A patient’s sex life can also be enhanced by her increased self confidence and the resulting increased libido. Two scientific studies have recently been published to address this issue. These studies concluded that 83% to 90% of vaginal rejuvenation patients experience successful results with an improved sex life following surgery. Although no surgery carries a 100% success rate, Dr. Brady strives to provide every patient with an exceptional post operative experience.
What is labiaplasty?
Labiaplasty is an out-patient procedure performed to sculpt the skin surrounding the vaginal opening called the labia. When elongated, the labia minora (inner labia) may interfere with exercise or intercourse and can limit clothing options due to the appearance of a bulge or discomfort. The labia majora may also sag, protrude or cause issues with intercourse and/or hygiene. Most patients who undergo labiaplasty do not want the labia minora to protrude beyond the labia majora (outer labia) or want to avoid the appearance of a “camel toe”.
How long does labiaplasty take?
Individual labiaplasty procedures typically take between 1 and 2 hours. Combination procedures take longer depending on the surgeries requested by the patient.
Where is the surgery for labiaplasty performed?
Most surgeries are performed in our private surgical suite that has been accredited by the American Association for the Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgical Facilities (AAAASF), the gold standard in patient safety, since 2007. How much does labiaplasty cost?
A labiaplasty is a highly individualized procedure. Even if two women have the same goals, each requires a unique surgical path to get those results. Therefore fees range from $3,000 to $8,500 which includes the surgeon’s fee, anesthesia fee, facility fee, all pre and post-operative appointments, and blood work. Because of these multiple variables, a quote based on your specific medical history, physical exam and desired goals will be provided upon the conclusion of your initial consultation and physical exam.

Should I Have My Labiaplasty Performed by a Plastic Surgeon or by an OB/GYN?
The answer is neither. Plastic surgeons tend to focus the majority of their time and focus of their practice on the most common procedures, including breast augmentation, face lifts and liposuction. A vaginal rejuvenation procedure is usually a secondary procedure that plastic surgeons don’t often have the opportunity to perform with which they have limited expertise. Often times they do not perform them at all. OB/GYN’s may examine hundreds of women monthly for yeast infections or pap smears, but they too have minimal to no training in regards to performing a state of the art vaginal rejuvenation procedure. Cosmetic gynecologic surgery is ideally performed by a surgeon who specializes in the field of aesthetic vaginal surgery to provide you with premium aesthetic and functional results. Ideally, patients should seek out a specialist who has performed hundreds or even thousands of labiaplasty procedures and is intimately familiar with the varied anatomy, patient preferences and latest surgical management to provide the utmost results for each patient’s unique circumstances and needs.
What are the surgical risks of labiaplasty?
Risks of surgery are extremely rare and seen in less than 1% of cases. Complications may include infection, bleeding, scarring and nerve injury – the risks involved with pregnancy and delivery are significantly higher than any risks associated with labiaplasty with an experienced surgeon. For more information, contact our Dallas practice by calling (214) 442-0055 or fill out the form below.
What do “normal” labia look like?
There is no such thing as “normal” labia, just as “normal” breast size is impossible to define. Every woman displays her own individualized anatomy – labia are thick or thin, dark or pink, and labia come in every variable size and shape. A woman’s labia are never considered abnormal. When women request labiaplasty of the labia minora (inner lips) they usually request that the labia not protrude beyond the labia majora (outer lips). Women wish to have tight, smooth and youthful looking labia majora that don’t sag or bulge. The bottom line is if your labia bother you it’s time to explore your options.
What is recovery like after labiaplasty?
Most patients are able to be up and about the afternoon of the day of their surgery. During the first 24 – 48 hours post surgery, patients should place ice packs or other frozen items, such as frozen peas, on their incisions to minimize any swelling and bruising they may be experiencing. Patients are encouraged to return to routine tasks as long as they are not experiencing any irritation or pressure at the incision sites. Loose clothing and cotton underwear (“granny panties”) are mandatory. By 72 hours after your surgery, you may resume to regular activities while making sure there is minimal friction to the labia. Patients may drive the next day after their surgery, as long as they are not taking any prescription pain medications or muscle relaxers. Patients may return to work within 2-3 days as long as there is no rigorous physical activity involved. The stitches from the surgery usually dissolve by the 6 week follow-up appointment. During the 6 week recovery, patients are on pelvic rest (no intercourse or tampons) and should avoid bath tubs, hot tubs or any swimming. Rigorous exercise, cycling, horseback riding, jet skis, motorcycles and four wheelers should be avoided during the recovery period.
What kind of pain can I expect after labiaplasty?
Pain overall is minimal due to nerve blocks and local anesthetic injected at the conclusion of the case. You should expect limited pain for the first 18-24 hours. After this, most patients report mild to moderate discomfort and swelling for a few days which can be easily controlled by analgesics and cold compresses. You are likely to have some continued soreness for a few weeks after surgery usually requiring only anti-inflammatories like ibuprofen.
What symptoms are typical among women who elect to have labiaplasty?
The most common complaints we hear form women include labial pain and irritation from rubbing against clothing (specifically while wearing jeans and workout clothes). Other concerns include interference with normal activities such as intercourse, urination, and tampon placement as well as physical activities like cycling or horseback riding. The appearance of a bulge may also appear when wearing certain clothes, holding women back from complete comfort. For some women, elongated or asymmetrical labia may cause embarrassment or interfere with a sexual relationship thus negatively affecting their confidence. A significant percentage of our patients simply do not like the appearance of their labia and request subtle sculpting.
What types of anesthesia are available?
General anesthesia and IV sedation (twilight anesthesia) are available. Your particular anesthetic will be determined according to your desire after a discussion with our anesthesiologist. If you have questions about the surgical process of labiaplasty, contact us today by calling (214) 442-0055.

Dr. Brady is a specialist in cosmetic vaginal surgery with years of experience performing labiaplasties on a weekly basis. Will I have a scar after labiaplasty?
Any incision on the body from a surgical procedure will leave some form of a scar. However, labial scarring from labiaplasty does tend to be minimal since the incisions are small, the tissue is thin with a good blood supply and labia already have natural slightly “wrinkled” appearance. The goal Dr. Brady sets for labiaplasty surgery is to have such a natural appearance that your OB/GYN doesn’t even realize you had any surgery in the first place.
Will labiaplasty affect my sexual satisfaction?
For some women, enhanced self confidence and reduced labial tissue can actually improve sexual experience and sensation. A patient’s ability to achieve stimulation and clitoral orgasms should not be diminished as Dr. Brady takes paramount care to spare the clitoris any injury during surgery protecting this very sensitive organ at all times. MonaLisa Touch FAQ's
What is the MonaLisa Touch?
The MonaLisa Touch is a treatment that involves a medical laser that delivers controlled energy to the vaginal tissue. This revitalizes the cells in the vaginal mucosa (vaginal tissue) to make the cells procedure more collagen; an essential ingredient in vaginal cell health. This mini-invasive laser assisted treatment improves the state of the mucosa that lines the vaginal walls. Although the term “rejuvenation” may suggest it, this treatment is not aesthetic, because the beneficial effects of the treatment “rejuvenates” the vaginal tissue, restoring the functionality lost over time.
What does the MonaLisa Touch treatment consist of?
The MonaLisa Touch treatment is performed using a special CO₂ fractional laser, specifically designed for this type of application. The procedure is carried out in the office and usually does not require anesthesia. It does not involve incisions or sutures and the sessions last 15-20 minutes. If you have additional questions, give our Dallas office a call at (214) 442-0055.
Where can I have this done?
The MonaLisa Touch is an in-office procedure that Dr. Wesley Anne Brady, MD can perform right here at the Women’s Wellness Institute of Dallas. If you ready to the first step and schedule a consultation, call us at (214) 442-0055 or fill out the form below.
Does the procedure hurt?

How long does it take?
The actual treatment takes just a few minutes. You can expect the treatment appointments to last about 15 minutes. Your initial consultation will take between 20 – 40 minutes. For more information on the MonaLisa Touch, call our Dallas office at (214) 442-0055.
Are there any risks?
There are some minimal risks. The treatment is performed on an outpatient basis. Most women report temporary side effects, slight redness or swelling, some discomfort that usually disappears in one or two days. If you have any additional concerns about the MonaLisa Touch, feel free to call us at (214) 442-0055.
Can MonaLisa Touch be used to treat vaginal laxity?
The term “loose vagina” refers to the condition where the diameter of the vagina has increased. This is often caused by natural yet traumatic events such as giving birth or tissue relaxation due to the natural aging process. In these cases, it is essential to evaluate the cause and state of the vagina to exclude a prolapse or involvement of the muscles. The CO₂ fractional laser of the MonaLisa Touch allows treating those cases where the looseness of the vagina is caused by a loss of mucosal tone. For other causes, Dr. Brady provides surgical options including vaginal rejuvenation, or vaginoplasty. At your initial consultation, we can determine the cause of your symptoms and options we can take to treat you unique circumstances.
Can the MonaLisa Touch be used on the outside of the vagina as well?
Yes, the special laser therapy of the MonaLisa Touch, can be used on the labia and vulva to resolve vulvar itching, burning, and dryness and to achieve a firmer and more youthful appearance of the vaginal area. To learn more about this treatment, contact us today at (214) 442-0055.
For which women is the MonaLisa Touch laser not indicated?
There is no exclusion criteria for MonaLisa Touch surgery, other than those related to serious local and/or systemic diseases. In general, all women in menopausal age can benefit from this treatment; however, your doctor must determine whether you are compatible. If you have any additional questions about the MonaLisa Touch, reach out to our Dallas office at (214) 442-0055.
For which women is the MonaLisa Touch laser treatment most suitable?
For any woman with vaginal atrophy due to physiological hormone changes, which become inevitable over time. In particular, MonaLisa Touch is the ideal treatment for those who are looking for a less invasive procedure, compared to traditional surgical or pharmaceutical treatments. Remember, no one can advise you better about MonaLisa Touch and what is best for you to achieve your best results than your doctor….
How is the Recovery After Laser Treatment?
Most women report slight localized discomfort following the laser treatment and during the first few days after the session. Many have reported to have resumed their normal routine after one to three days. During the healing period, it may be recommended to avoid lifting weights or some activities, such as taking a hot bath, or physical exercise. Dr. Wesley Anne Brady will provide you with specific indications for a speedy recovery after surgery.
How long does it last?
Patients should expect to come back annually to the Women’s Wellness Institute for a maintenance treatment in order to make the results of the MonaLisa Touch procedure last over the course of time. To schedule your consultation with Dr. Brady, call our office at (214) 442-0055 or fill out the form below.
What are my limitations after the procedure is done?
We require that patients refrain from sexual activity for 48 hours during their surgery recovery period following your MonaLisa Touch procedure. For more information on this treatment, call us today at (214) 442-0055 and we can answer all your questions.
What are the benefits of this procedure?
The MonaLisa Touch restores the natural function of the vagina, which helps fight and reduce symptoms related to vaginal atrophy, a widespread problem that is common amongst pre and post-menopausal women. This treatment takes action on factors that determine dryness, fragility and loss of mucosal elasticity, and can eliminate troublesome itching, irritation and pain, which become particularly acute during intercourse. The interaction with the laser is, in fact, the ideal method to stimulate the collagen contained in the vaginal walls to restore rehydration and functional tissue. Its beneficial action can contribute to improve or restore self-confidence and sexual pleasure for women.
What type of results can I expect?
After treatment, most of our patients report a reduction in vaginal dryness, burning sensation and pain during intercourse, substantially improving in their quality of life. These results are made possible due to the renewed stimulation of the mucosa which regenerates and “rejuvenates.” This process involves cells and tissues and requires a few weeks to be completed. Results of this treatment will be more noticeable one and a half months after your session.
When will I see results?
Most patients feel improvement after the very first treatment at Women’s Wellness Institute, although the procedure calls for 3 treatments over a 12-week period. If you have additional questions about the MonaLisa Touch, call us today at (214) 442-0055.
Do I need other medications?
Women may also need progesterone to protect the uterine lining, unless the uterus has been removed. For questions about BioTE, contact us today by calling (214) 442-0055 or fill out the form below.
Hormone Pellet Therapy for Men:
Testosterone levels begin to decline in men beginning in their early 30′s. Most men need to be tested around 45 years of age. Symptoms of testosterone deficiency in men include fatigue, lack of mental acuity, loss of libido, and difficulty achieving, or sustaining erection. It is never too late to benefit from hormone therapy.
Pellet Therapy achieves the sustained levels of testosterone that would be produced by normally functioning testicles. This form of therapy is the only kind that produces the natural level of hormone that men need. Because the testosterone used is totally natural, Pellet Therapy is ideal for men wanting the benefits of a natural hormone, without the drawbacks of a synthetic. Moreover, many studies show optimal testosterone levels in men , over 800, have preventative effects for many disease states such as: cardiovascular disease, Alzheimer’s disease, prostate cancer, osteoporosis, and more.
Typical oral and transdermal forms of therapy produce “roller coaster” blood levels of testosterone, which can result in mood and energy fluctuations for the patient. Roller coaster levels of hormones do not have the same long term benefits as steady state hormone in the bloodstream.
Hormone Pellet Therapy for Women
In studies, when compared to conventional hormone replacement therapy, hormone pellets have been shown to be extremely effective for relief of menopausal symptoms, maintenance of bone density, restoration of sleep patterns, and improvement in sex drive, libido, sexual response and performance, relief of depression, anxiety, irritability, mood swings, and many others. What are bioidentical hormones?
Bioidentical hormones are derived from a natural plant source and professionally compounded to be biologically identical to the human form of estradiol and testosterone. The body is given what it can no longer produce. To learn more, contact our practice today at (214) 442-0055 and we can teach you all about BioTe hormone therapy!
What are Hormone Pellets?
Hormone pellets contain a natural plant source of estrogen and testosterone. Following strict federal guidelines, a compounding pharmacist combines the estrogen and testosterone utilized in the hormone pellets.
These pellets are no bigger than a grain of rice and are placed in the fatty tissue underneath the skin. The pellets most closely mimic the actions of healthy ovaries and testicles with regards to hormone release into the bloodstream. Our office is able to easily perform the hormone pellet implantation procedure for our patients.
What are Pellet Therapy Side Effects?
Pellet therapy only has a few side effects unlike other forms of hormone therapy where patients may experience more. With pellet therapy, two percent of patients experience mild acne or facial hair while less than 1% experience thinning hair. However, each of these mild side effects can easily be treated.
The side effects of BioTE® Medical’s hormone pellet therapy are minimal when compared to the other hormone delivery methods. That’s because BHRT pellet therapy produces a consistent amount of hormones for 24 hours a day and up to 4 to 6 months.

What Does Pellet Therapy Cost?
Generally, the BHRT pellet therapy cost is competitive with other hormone therapy delivery methods. The Women’s Wellness Institute of Dallas charges $350 for female pellets, which typically last between 4-6 months (that breaks down to $88-$116 a month, depending on how often you require pellets). The male charge for pellet therapy is $650 and typically lasts 6 months (breaking down to roughly $110 per month). Of course, the cost of hormone pellet therapy can differ based on your individual treatment plan and needs. Please also note, this is the charge for the pellet, not for any pre or post pellet appointments.
What if my primary care physician says that there is ‘no data’ to support the use of pellet implants? And is it safe?
It’s about a patient making an informed choice. Researched and developed since 1939 in the US and Europe, there is a myriad of data to support the ‘long term’ safety and efficacy of hormones delivered by pellet implants. Bioidentical hormone Pellet Therapy is being used safely in 5 continents and has been studied for 8 decades, not only looking at safety and efficacy but the prevention of disease states such as breast cancer, heart disease, osteoporosis, Alzheimer’s dementia, Type 2 diabetes and so much more.
There are hundreds of studies available to practitioners with regards to hormone pellet therapy, unfortunately most do not know where to find them nor take or have the time to research the studies. What is Hormone Pellet Therapy
Pellet Therapy is able to replicate the body’s normal hormonal levels because it utilizes hormones from natural plant sources. Patients have found this bioidentical hormone replacement therapy with pellet implants is extremely effective. The implants are placed under the skin and consistently release small, physiologic hormones doses to provide optimal therapy.
BioTE® Medical Hormone Pellet Therapy is a more reliable and effective method in comparison to typical oral and transdermal methods since it provides sustained hormone levels throughout the day that works up to 4 to 6 months without any “roller coaster” effect unlike the other methods that produce erratic hormone levels with mood and energy fluctuations.
The hormones used in the pellet implants are completely natural making Pellet Therapy ideal for patients who want the benefits of a natural hormone without the drawbacks of a synthetic alternative.
What’s the Difference Between Bioidentical Hormone Pellets and Creams?
There are a number of ways that hormone pellet therapy differs from bioidentical creams. The major benefit of BHRT pellet therapy comes from the fact that it is injected subcutaneously, resting beneath the skin. This injection eliminates the “roller coaster” emotional effect that often accompanies BHRT creams.
Will I grow unwanted hair from the testosterone?
There is less chance of hair growth with bioidentical hormones than with synthetic treatments. For additional information on BioTE, call our office today at (214) 442-0055.
How Much Does The O-Shot Cost
While the procedure is mostly standardized, slight variances in how the shot is prepared and injected can alter the final cost. However, most women can expect to pay between $1,500–$2,000 for their individual O-Shot. We provide, included in the price, a specially formulated numbing cream to every patient to apply prior to arriving for the procedure to ensure little to no pain during the injection.
What are the restrictions and instructions after my procedure?
Upon scheduling, we will instruct you on complimentary numbing cream application that we will request you pick up from our office prior to your appointment.
O-Shot should not be used on patients who are pregnant, nursing, trying to get pregnant, have experienced hypersensitivity in the past, those who have severe allergies, and should not be used in the areas of active inflammation or infection (cyst, pimples, rash) or blood borne infection.
After your procedure, you may experience mild redness, swelling or numbness for up to a week. Real results can be expected at around 4 weeks (after all swelling is resolved). You can return to sexual activity the night after your procedure, and we recommend you do so since results can be noticed this soon after the treatment. However, full results are enjoyed after a 3 month period.
