Dr. Wesley Anne Brady brings more than 20 years of experience to the field of vaginal rejuvenation. She and our expert staff recognize that many women are only now discovering the field of sexual health and wellness and the many options it provides women to enjoy decades of fulfilling, healthy and exhilarating sex. For this reason, we have designed each patient visit to be supportive, open, and informative.
Vaginal rejuvenation is a general term referring to a collection of surgical and non-surgical procedures that can improve intimate appearance and enhance sexual gratification for women everywhere. Treatment goals vary, from firming up loose tissue surrounding the vaginal opening thereby creating a more youthful aesthetic, to tightening the vagina to intensify sexual relations and orgasmic function.
Women’s Wellness Institute of Dallas uses safe, well-established vaginal rejuvenation techniques to restore patients’ bodies following changes related to childbirth, aging, and genetics. Our practice is the only medical practice in the city that specializes in cosmetic gynecology and sexual health.
Our highest priorities are our patients’ comfort, confidence, safety, and satisfaction. Therefore we strive to help guide each patient through the process, keeping them completely informed with details about their desired procedure(s) from preparation & recovery to the cost of the procedure(s).
Exploring Intimate Options with Vaginal Rejuvenation
As a boutique, specialty practice, Women’s Wellness Institute of Dallas has extensive experience with multiple vaginal rejuvenation surgical and non-surgical options. Some of our most popular patient requests include the following:
Women can give the skin around their vaginal opening a firmer, more youthful appearance with a single surgical procedure. Labiaplasty is a fast, outpatient surgery which sculpts the labial skin to:
- Improve the vaginal aesthetic increasing self-confidence and self-esteem.
- Increase the pleasure of intimacy by removing excess skin that can get in the way during sex.
- Eliminate discomfort and embarrassment when wearing tight-fitting clothing and underwear (no more camel toe).
- Allow women to take part in activities like horseback riding and spin without pain and irritation.
Dr. Brady can focus this vaginal rejuvenation procedure on both the inner and outer labia, and she can conduct the surgery in a manner that restores the youthful, pink pigmentation along with a tight, compact appearance. Labiaplasty may also include a clitoral hood reduction or clitoral lift to create a seamless transition. Labiaplasty may be performed in the office using local anesthesia or in the operating room under general anesthesia.
“After having several of the surgical procedures Dr. Brady specializes in last summer and recovering completely, I must say I couldn’t be happier with my results. Absolutely lovely. Before my procedures, during recovery and beyond, every question and concern I asked or called about was quickly and graciously clarified or taken care of. Being a bit of a perfectionist and a RN, my expectations were very high. Dr. Brady and her staff covered every detail with me before my surgery appointment and then exceeded all of them. Their thoughtfulness in every detail was impressive and reassuring. For example, the morning of my surgery they gave me a big, cute personalized tote with helpful comfort items! As I was waking up after my surgery the recovery room nurse was so attentive and lighthearted yet serious about her duties, she made me proud to be a nurse. My experience there couldn’t have been better.
I couldn’t be more grateful.”

Labiaplasty of the Labia Minora & Clitoral Hood Reduction
A woman’s vagina can widen and stretch as a result of childbirth or the passage of time. Dr. Brady performs vaginoplasty to reduce the diameter of a woman’s vaginal canal and opening. This tightens the vagina improving sensation and friction for both the patient and her sexual partner.
While vaginal rejuvenation is the main goal of this procedure, Dr. Brady often combines the surgery with techniques to address incontinence. Many of our Dallas patients have experienced loss of bladder and/or bowel control following childbirth. As a result of surgery, they achieve an improved sex life and a better overall quality of life.
Kind and Caring
A Board Certified Gynecologic Surgeon who compassionately understands what you want.
Votiva® is a non-surgical approach to tighten the vaginal opening and canal and firm up the skin of the outer labia. The Votiva device uses radiofrequency energy to promote collagen development, which can reduce laxity in the tissue. This quick, non-invasive procedure can also improve urinary incontinence, vaginal dryness, and orgasmic function.
Dr. Brady may recommend Votiva for patients who have mild to moderate looseness in the labial skin or vagina. Women often choose to start with this type of non-invasive approach since there’s no downtime with treatment. Patients have three sessions spaced four to six weeks apart and can expect to see maximum improvement three months following the final visit. An annual maintenance treatment is recommended.
I completed my series of 3 Votiva treatments at Womens Wellness and consider this a complete success. Dr. Brady and her staff were so welcoming and caring from the first phone call to my last treatment. Votiva has significantly improved my vaginal looseness, urinary incontinence and has enhanced my orgasms. As an added bonus the Votiva treatment greatly improved the appearance of my labia which has boosted my self-confidence. I look forward to coming back in a year for my annual maintenance and seeing these wonderful women again.
